'Forster Beachside' is located in an enviable position. Only a 200 metre walk to fabulous Burgess Beach and 700 metres to Forster's premier surfing beach, One Mile Beach, this house is reminiscent of beachside holidays of years gone by. As well, there is a bush reserve both to the rear of the property and along one side. Booti Booti National Park is a short walk away up the road. All facilities and services, clubs, restaurants and shops are within a five minute drive. Wallis Lake is also but a short drive away. The sound of the surf makes you think 'holiday'!

Being so close to the beach 'Forster Beachside' is fortunate to receive the great seabreezes in summertime. Polished tallowood floorboards in all living areas and bedrooms give 'Forster Beachside' a great holiday feel. There is a large, brand new, modern eat-in kitchen, loungeroom with a 50 inch plasma television and DVD player, another room off the loungeroom which we call the reading room, an enclosed balcony and three bedrooms. There is a three-way bathroom with a separate toilet and an extra toilet in the laundry. The yard is large and grassy and there is parking for 2+ vehicles beside the house. This house is ideally set up for families.

The main bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has a double bed, the third bedroom has two single beds and the fourth bedroom has a queen bed. There is also a port-a-cot and a highchair available if not already booked for another house (if required, please request at time of booking).

GREAT YARD
The yard is large and backs onto a nature reserve. It is very peaceful and quiet as the nature reserve is down one side of the house and there are no neighbours there. There is a BBQ and table and chairs so you can sit outside and enjoy yourselves surrounded by the bush and the wildlife therein.
