This house is a flat 2 minute walk from the lake, which has great fishing. Also 2 minutes away on foot are the corner shops - butcher, baker/pie shop, newsagent/general store/greengrocers, bottle-shop, take-away/fish & chip shop and hairdressers/beauty salon. The beaches - One Mile, Main Beach and Pebbly Beach, the Aquatic Centre with its 2 pools, gyms, spa and sauna, Forster Golf Course as well as the new Stocklands shopping centre are all less than 5 minutes' drive away.  For those who love boating, there is a public slipway with plenty of parking one minute away, which the crowds have not yet discovered. Great for water-skiing. There is a public barbecue facility with lots of shade there as well.  The surrounding area has some great attractions for all ages but if you just want to lie back and unwind while the kids play in the pool then 'Forster Lakeside' is what you are looking for.

Situated in Forster Keys, this property is the ideal location for family holidaymakers. A spacious house with tiled kitchen, dining, sunroom and living areas and carpeted lounge and bedrooms, this property has been furnished with your comfort in mind.  It has a large private pool, separate fenced lawn and paved entertaining areas.  There is a large gas BBQ to cook up a storm. The rear-to-north backyard remains lovely and warm all year round.  Located at the end of a cul-de-sac, Forster Lakeside is both very private and extremely quiet.  Forster Keys is a flat residential area of Forster.  It is ideal for walking and bike-riding.  Young children learning to ride would find this area just perfect.  No steps in the house and safety rails in the bathroom mean that older visitors can feel at home.

Forster Lakeside - a Spacious family home with no steps in a quiet cul-de-sac location in Forster Keys.  Large level block (726sq/m) which has separate lounge(30sq/m), dining (14sq/m). kitchen/family (23sq/m) & sunroom (9sq/m).  The lounge area, hallways and bedrooms are all carpeted while the living areas are tiled.  Safety rails in the shower as well as a step-free house make this ideal for our older citizens.  As well as ceiling fans there is a reverse-cycle air-conditioner in the living areas, which will keep you warm in winter and cool in summer. In the loungeroom there is a 42" plasma television as well as a DVD player. The three bedrooms have:

BEDROOM 1:  One double bed and two single beds

BEDROOM 2:  Queen bed

BEDROOM 3:  Queen bed

You my choose to bring your own bedlinen or if you prefer you may hire bedlinen and have the beds made up for your arrival for $20 per person per stay. Please bring your own bath towels and beach towels and bathmats..
 

There is also a port-a-cot and a highchair available for hire ($20.00 per stay each) if not already booked for another house (if required, please request at time of booking).

Amenities: Full bathroom with separate bath and shower, two separate toilets as well as a large laundry equipped with a front-loader washing machine and a clothes dryer (yes, it does sometimes rain in Paradise!!).

WELL-APPOINTED

Sun-lounges in the pool area will help you to unwind and enjoy your stay. There is a large gas barbecue. There is also a 42" plasma television and DVD player.  Boxes of toys are in the toy cupboard to help keep the kids occupied.  If you require anything else for your holiday we are happy to see if it is available locally for you.

Dogs are permitted inside at this house but not in the bedrooms (the hall to the bedrooms has a doorway - this should be closed to prevent dogs accessing bedrooms) and not on the furniture. They are also not to be left inside the house in your absence. There is a sunroom at the rear of the house that can be shut off from the main part of the house. In the door leading outside from this room there is a doggy-door for smaller dogs and dogs may access this room when you are not there. The yard is fully-fenced and secure. For health reasons dogs are not permitted in the pool area and especially not in the pool itself.
