The Bullring-Forster Main Beach  

Forster-Tuncurry is situated on the Mid-North Coast of New South Wales about  3 hours north of Sydney.  Excellent road upgrades mean that it is virtually freeway driving the whole way.  Local attractions are many and varied.  Situated at the mouth of beautiful Wallis Lake right on the coast Forster-Tuncurry has the best of both worlds.  Spectacular beaches are amongst the finest on the eastern seaboard. Our children never want to go on holiday because, 'Nowhere is better than Forster'.

This house is a flat 2 minute walk from the lake, which has great fishing. Also 2 minutes away on foot are the corner shops - butcher, baker/pie shop, newsagent/general store/bottle shop, greengrocers, take-away/fish & chip shop and hairdressers/beauty salon. The beaches - One Mile, Main Beach and Pebbly Beach, the Aquatic Centre with its 2 pools, gyms, spa and sauna, Forster Golf Course as well as the new Stockland shopping centre are all less than 5 minutes' drive away.  For those who love boating, there is a public slipway with plenty of parking one minute away, which the crowds have not yet discovered. Great for water-skiing. There is a public barbecue facility with lots of shade there as well.  The surrounding area has some great attractions for all ages but if you just want to lie back and unwind while the kids play in the pool then 'Forster Lakeside' is what you are looking for.

Situated in Forster Keys, this property is the ideal location for family holidaymakers. A spacious house with tiled kitchen, dining, sunroom and living areas and carpeted lounge and bedrooms, this property has been furnished with your comfort in mind.  It has a large private pool, separate fenced lawn and paved entertaining areas.   The rear-to-north backyard remains lovely and warm all year round.  Located at the end of a cul-de-sac, Forster Lakeside is both very private and extremely quiet.  Forster Keys is a flat residential area of Forster.  It is ideal for walking and bike-riding.  Young children learning to ride would find this just perfect.  No steps in the house and safety rails in the bathroom mean that older visitors can feel at home.

Forster Lakeside - a Spacious family home with no steps in a quiet cul-de-sac location in Forster Keys.  Large level block (726sq/m) which has separate lounge(30sq/m), dining (14sq/m). kitchen/family (23sq/m) & sunroom (9sq/m).  The lounge area, hallways and bedrooms are all carpeted while the living areas have recently been tiled.  Safety rails in the shower as well as a step-free house make this ideal for our older citizens.  As well as ceiling fans there is a reverse-cycle air-conditioner in the living areas, which will keep you warm in winter and cool in summer. The garage has a remote-control automatic door opener. In the loungeroom there is a 42" plasma television as well as an X-box with games. The three bedrooms have:

BEDROOM 3:  Queen bed

There is also a port-a-cot and high chair available (if required, please request at time of booking).  

Amenities: Full bathroom with separate bath and shower, two separate toilets as well as a large laundry equipped with a front-loader washing machine and a clothes dryer (yes, it does sometimes rain in Paradise!!).

WELL-APPOINTED

Sun-lounges on the pool area will help you to unwind and enjoy your stay. For kids (big! and small) who cannot do without their electronic gadgets there is an X-Box, not to mention the 42" plasma television.  It comes with seven games and others can be hired from the local video store. There is also a DVD player and a radio/CD player.  Boxes of toys and board games are in the house to keep kids occupied  - Duplo,  toy cars, jigsaw puzzles, cards, Monopoly, Backgammon etc.  If you require anything else for your holiday we are happy to see if it is available locally for you.

Located across the road from 'Forster Hilltop Retreat' Forster Lakeview's central position in the area of Forster known as Angler's Paradise means that beaches, lake, Aquatic Centre, golf course, restaurants, cafes, bowling club and services club are all only 2 minutes away as is the new Stockland shopping centre.  It is a very quiet family neighbourhood and bridge and fabulous lake and hinterland views can be seen from the balcony,  upstairs living area and main bedroom. 

Forster is a popular area of the Mid-North Coast. Having access to both fabulous beaches and Wallis Lake there is plenty to do for all holidaymakers. Several boat ramps are nearby as are fabulous beaches, which are patrolled in season. Great seafood is a feature of Forster-Tuncurry and there are several excellent restaurants. Sporting facilities include two 18 hole golf courses and water activities.

Located in central Forster and situated high on the hill to capture the breezes, 'Forster Lakeview' has an enviable position. On two levels, the kitchen (dishwasher and microwave) and living areas are upstairs. Also upstairs are three bedrooms and brand new bathroom (with separate bath) and separate toilet. From the balcony you can sit and relax and feel on top of the world (or Paradise at least!).

Downstairs has a large bedroom ideal for teenagers and another living area is just next to it.  A bathroom and toilet is off this living area.  Alongside this a large garage area is used as a recreational area and houses a pool table.  The laundry is spacious with a washing machine, clothes dryer and laundry tub.  There is plenty of room for bikes and bodyboards here.

The garden is large and flat, and is fully fenced.  There is lots of room for kids to run around and play.

Parking for up to three vehicles (boats, trailers) is next to the house. (NB The garage has a narrow entrance and is not to be used for cars as it is set up as rumpus area with table tennis table.)

The living area is large and light-filled and views of Forster's bridge and hinterland can be seen. The sunsets are those picture postcards are made of. This house is very airy and light-filled and extremely homely to live in. It is so easy to lie back and relax here.  Ceiling fans in upstairs bedrooms and living areas will keep you cool when the great sea-breezes are not blowing. Both upstairs bedrooms have built-in robes. There is also a room downstairs which is used for a kids' retreat/third bedroom.

There is a queen bed in one of the upstairs bedrooms while the other upstairs bedroom has two single beds in it.  In the upstairs alcove off the living area there is a single bed, too. As well there is a single bed in the large room downstairs and a futon lounge that opens up to a double bed.  There is also a port-a-cot and a high-chair available (if required, please request at time of booking).

The large grassy backyard will give the kids a great place to play.  There is also a covered area with a garden setting and a BBQ where you can enjoy your meals.

Relax those aches and pains away in the luxurious double spa bath in the brand new bathroom. Holidays are for those little pleasures and a spa bath is something holidays are made for (please no oils in the spa bath).  There is a bathroom with a separate toilet upstairs and another toilet in the laundry downstairs.
